Travel has always been about more than where we go.

TLC Luxury Travel was created from a simple belief: the most meaningful journeys are not defined by how far we travel or how much we spend. They are defined by the experiences we share, the people we share them with, and the memories we bring home.

That belief shapes the way we approach travel. We listen before we recommend. We take the time to understand what matters to you. And we believe thoughtful planning should make travel feel easier, more personal, and more meaningful.

TLC began with a love of travel—and what travel makes possible.

Over the years, travel has given us something far more valuable than places checked off a list. It has created memories, strengthened relationships, opened our eyes to different ways of life, and reminded us how meaningful it can be to simply spend time together somewhere new.

Those experiences helped shape TLC Luxury Travel. Not as a business built around selling destinations, but as a way of helping other people create journeys that will matter to them long after they return home.

A business built around care—and built to last.

TLC Luxury Travel was founded by Dale Johnston with a straightforward idea: people deserve to feel genuinely listened to and cared for when planning something as personal as travel. His approach draws on a lifetime of working with people, building relationships, solving problems, and understanding the importance of earning trust.

Today, that philosophy is also being shared with Dale’s daughter, Laura, who is becoming part of TLC and learning the business alongside him. Together, they are building something intended to endure—a travel advisory grounded in personal relationships, thoughtful service, and care for the people who place their journeys in TLC’s hands.

The story continues with you.

Every traveler brings a different story, different priorities, and different reasons for wanting to go. Our role is not to decide what your journey should look like. It is to listen, understand what matters to you, and help you shape something that feels genuinely your own.

Because in the end, TLC’s story is not really about the places we help people visit. It is about the people who trust us with something important—and the journeys we have the privilege of helping them create.

Perhaps your journey begins with a conversation.

Tell us what you’re thinking about. We’ll begin by listening.
